Hey lovelies! This post is a rough idea of what I usually eat in a day due to the fact that meals of lunch and dinner aren't always consistent. Regardless, I hope this gives you guys an insight to what I would decide to eat when I'm hungry.

BREAKFAST
I usually like to start the day nourishing to fuel my body in order for it to function effectively at its highest potential until my next meal. I can’t stress enough to others; how important it is to have breakfast. By skipping breakfast, it can determine how you proceed throughout the rest of your day, which may not be that great.
Sometimes I would like to make myself:
- Toast with avo (1 slice of toast with half a smashed avocado, seasoned with pepper, salt and all-purpose seasoning)
- Banana & peanut butter smoothie (1 banana, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 chia seeds and ice)
- Bowl of yoghurt and fruit (1 vanilla yoghurt with blueberries and cut up strawberries)
LUNCH
Most days at school I don't usually have lunch but when I do, I would pack something light.
My packed lunch could include:
- Leftovers from the night before
- Salad with chicken or a meat we had the night before (Leaf mix, avocado, cucumber, tomato and salad dressing)
AFTERNOON SNACK
When I come home from school I usually like to have a small snack to eat whilst doing my assignments.
Some snacks we usually have at home include:
- Carrot and celery sticks with hummus
- A serve of mixed nuts
- Almond, coconut & cacao balls
DINNER
More often than not, my parents would cook dinner. It can vary from meat and fish to rice, roasted vegetables and salads. Some nights we have pasta and use the remaining mince for other meals like pies or nachos the next night.
P.S Throughout the day, I carry a water bottle with me and with every meal I have a glass of water! I encourage you to do the same! XX
