Hey beautiful people, I'm back with another post ☺️

Lately I've been in a great state of mind and I thought what better way to spread the joy than on my blog. I'm just going to share with you what I've been doing lately and what's been working for me to stay positive, regardless of how hard things may be right now.


1. Surround yourself with good vibes: By hanging around a bad group of people, it can do more harm than good. It is important to find a great and supportive group of friends that you can count on in order to remain stress free and happy.


2. Goals: For the past month now, every morning I've been waking up and writing down 3 goals I want to achieve that day. These don't necessasirly have to be large goals, but small usually small ones that would make your day better and hopefully someone else's.


3. Diet: This may seem like a strange one but I feel so much better after I've eaten a healthy meal instead of the chocolate cake on the second shelf in the fridge. I'm not left with that feeling of regret, knowing that I could've eaten something healthier.


4. Sleep: It is important to get a good nights rest after a long day of 'studying' and straining our eyes with technology. I've been trying to get to sleep at around 9:30-10:00 pm each night to get at least 8 and a half hours of sleep. If I end up getting less than 8, then I don't feel entirely awake and great the next day.


5. Glo: The last thing I love to do is dress up real cute. No matter what I'm doing or where I'm going, I'll make sure I look good. Not to impress anyone else but myself. If I feel I look good, then I'll feel great ✨
